Here’s what you can expect:
Measuring your progress is skill set I have developed through conducting numerous sessions and the my self-debriefing system has allowed me to refine my interventions with my clients to understand their graphical progress. As well as this, I always endeavour to seek feedback from my clients, which allows me to understand how I can service their needs and expectations to a higher level.

12 sessions over 4 weeks for $245 per person
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:30am to 7:30am (maximum of 10)
I keep my classes small so I can provide a higher level of customised service. Your sessions are also transferable, so if you can’t make it please gift your session to a colleague or friend!

Trainer Michael Caruso has conducted over 1000 group outdoor personal training sessions.
He has guided, facilitated and progressed hundreds of individuals to help them reach and go beyond their fitness and wellbeing goals.
His outdoor boot camp programs have assisted individuals of all fitness levels and Michael is skilled at identifying and deploying you strengths to ensure success. Our 4 week boot camp programs include a “check in” meeting at the midpoint mark to assess your progress and assist in realigning and refocusing you if required.
As the name suggests, MYTI (Maximising Your Time Invested) allows you to progress efficiently, effectively and successfully!
